DAZ 3D Studio incoprporates a basic Layered Image Editor (LIE) that assists with applying "decals" to the surfaces of figures and other objects. In the above instance the body suds are "accessories", whilst the floor suds are simply flat textured planar surfaces lying just above the floor.
